Tip was versatile and patient. He loved the field and retrieving. Agility was fun and exciting, tracking came naturally, but being in the field and looking for objects, preferably ducks, that was life! Tip was seldom shown but won Canadian and US Championships before age of 2. At 4 he received best of breed at the Vancouver booster, and a group placing before that. ( He only participated in 3 shows)
